For this recipe, I use two types of cheese at once – processed and cheddar or some other hard. In addition, you will need broccoli and other vegetables. And I recommend serving it with slices of baguette fried to golden brown.

- Chicken broth - 2 l
 - Broccoli - 1 head
 - Carrots - 2 pieces
 - Potatoes - 2 pieces
 - Leek - 1 piece
 - Processed cheese - 120 g
 - Cheddar Cheese - 100 g
 - Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
 
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the potatoes, carrots and onions. Send it to the boiling broth.
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and add it to the same place. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add spices and crushed processed cheese. Keep cooking until it melts.
Remove the soup from the heat and sprinkle with grated cheddar.
