
As a light snack, I advise you to prepare this green salad with crackers and parmesan. I prefer to make crackers for him myself, but in some cases you can buy ready-made ones in the store.
Ingredients
- Lettuce - 200 g
- Parmesan - 60 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- White bread - 200 g
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sea salt (large) – to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the salad under running water, shake it lightly and tear it into small pieces with your hands.

Grate the parmesan into thin slices on a special grater.

Cut the white bread into small cubes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan, pour in the bread cubes and fry until golden brown.

Squeeze the garlic through the press, mix and put the crackers on a paper towel.

In a wide bowl, mix the salad leaves, parmesan, crackers, salt and ground black pepper.

Add lemon juice mixed with olive oil and gently mix the salad.
