Do not deny yourself the pleasure of enjoying a delicious dessert! Just choose more useful options for this. Such as, for example, Panna cota without sugar. You can cook it with frozen or fresh berries. The second option is even easier!
Ingredients
- Cream (33% fat content) – 1 glass
- Mascarpone - 400 g
- Gelatin - 15 g
- Water (boiled) – 200 ml
- Raspberry - 300 g
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost raspberries at room temperature. It takes 5-7 minutes for the frost to disappear from the surface of the berries.

Chop the raspberries in a blender. If the berries are sour, add a sugar substitute to taste.

Pour gelatin with cold boiled water and set aside for 15 minutes.

Mix cream, mascarpone, vanilla and gelatin.

Boil this billet over medium heat for a couple of minutes, avoiding strong boiling.

Put the raspberry puree on the bottom of the prepared containers first, and carefully pour the creamy part of the dessert on top. Put the panna cotta in the refrigerator to freeze for 2-3 hours.
