- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Flour - 4 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the cottage cheese with egg and sugar to a gentle uniform consistency. Add 1-2 tablespoons of sifted flour and mix.

Roll small balls of dough, flatten on both sides and sprinkle with the remaining flour.
