Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs with a mixer. Without ceasing to beat, gradually add sugar, beat for another 5 minutes at a low speed. Add the sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa.

Heat the milk, melt the softened butter and chocolate pieces in it, mix, cool and add to the other ingredients. Mix the dough until smooth.

Pour the dough onto a small baking sheet lined with parchment, and bake the biscuit in a preheated 180C oven for 15 minutes. Cool the cake, cut into 4 parts, cut out circles with a sharp knife with a diameter of 10-12 cm from each part.

To prepare a cream layer, mix cream cheese with cream, whisk until smooth. Continuing to beat, gradually add powdered sugar

Prepare the cream for leveling: mix cream cheese with softened butter, whisk until smooth, gradually introducing powdered sugar.

Assemble the cake: smear each cake with a cream layer, stack on top of each other. Put the cream cakes in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Then use the cream to smooth the top and sides of the cake. Put it in the refrigerator for another 1 hour.

Decorate the finished bento cake at your discretion. Serve in a special box or lunch box.
