Not only potato chips are great for beer. You can cook them from any other vegetables. Further in the recipe I will tell you how to make them from beets. But you can also take carrots, sweet potatoes or even pumpkin – at your discretion.
Ingredients
- Beetroot - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beetroot into very thin slices up to 2 mm.

Place on parchment, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with spices.

Bake the beets in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Turn the chips over and bake for another 7-10 minutes, and then let cool.
