Pates are not only meat or fish, but also vegetable. Beetroot pate is incredibly good. It's not only about its pleasant taste, but also in a very bright color, thanks to which such an appetizer will decorate any feast – family or festive.

Ingredients

Beetroot - 2 pieces
Red Beans (canned) – 250 g
Onion - 1 piece
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
Lemon juice - 0.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Bake the beetroot in the oven until ready 1-1.5 hours at 180 degrees in foil.

Chop the onion and fry in oil until golden.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and chop the pate.
