Ingredients
- Bread - 3 slices
 - Avocado - 2 pieces
 - A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 pinch
 - Dried chili pepper (flakes) – 1 pinch
 - Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
 - Tuna (canned) – 100 g
 - Arugula - 50 g
 - Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
 - Salt - 1 pinch
 - Shallots - 1 piece
 
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dry the bread in a frying pan until browned.
Roughly mash the avocado with a fork, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and add paprika.
Spread the avocado on the bread. Spread the tuna slices, arugula and chopped shallots on top.
Sprinkle the sandwiches with a mixture of peppers and chili flakes.
