Potato salad with salmon

Everyone loves the combination of salted fish and boiled potatoes. And what if you make a salad out of them? I advise you to fill it with sour cream mixed with dill. But salt should be carefully, otherwise the salad will turn out to be too salty.

Ingredients

Salmon (lightly salted) – 300 g
Potatoes - 350 g
Dill - halfpuchka
Sour cream - 3 art.l.
Ground black pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil potatoes in uniforms until tender, cool, peel and slice.

Lightly salted salmon cut into small cubes, chop the dill.

Mix potatoes and fish.
