If you don't like mayonnaise, prepare "Olivier" with sour cream. Your favorite salad turns out to be just as delicious, but lighter. I try to use sour cream with a fat content of up to 15% - it has very few calories and a comfortable density.
Ingredients
- Boiled sausage (dairy) – 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 150 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Cucumbers (salty) – 2 pieces
- Green peas (canned) – 150 g
- Sour cream - 200 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Sausage, eggs, potatoes, carrots and cucumbers cut into small cubes of the same size.

Flip the peas into a colander, rinse under running water and dry on a paper towel.

In a deep bowl, mix cucumbers, sausage, potatoes, carrots, eggs and green peas.

Add salt, ground black pepper and sour cream. Gently mix the salad with a spoon, trying not to crush the vegetables.

Put the olivier on a nice plate, garnish with green leaves and serve.
