If you like pickled snacks, but want something new - be sure to try to cook radishes according to this recipe. With basil and rosemary, it acquires such an unusual taste that it is difficult to compare it with anything.
Ingredients
- Radish - 450 g
 - Rosemary - 1 twig
 - Basil - 6 leaves
 - Garlic - 3 cloves
 - Water - 250 ml
 - Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
 - Salt - 1 tsp.
 - Apple cider vinegar - 4 tsp.
 - Black Pepper (polka dots) – 6 pieces
 - Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
 
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the radishes, cut off the tails and cut into thin plates.
Put them in a jar, periodically alternating layers with basil leaves, garlic plates and crushed rosemary.
Mix water, oil, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar. Bring the marinade to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the radish with basil and rosemary, close and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
