- Bay leaf - 3 pieces

- Carrots - 1 piece

- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the liver until tender for about 20-25 minutes with bay leaf and other spices. Grind with a blender.
Finely chop the onion and carrot, and fry in a mixture of oils.
Beat the vegetables with the liver and add spices to the pate to taste.
If the pate is too thick, add a little broth from the liver.
