No matter how much I experiment, but the most delicious salad "Olivier" turns out with chicken. Sometimes, in addition to meat, sausage is also added, but I like it better without it. I advise you to boil the fillet immediately before cooking, so it turns out tastier!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 300 g
- Green peas (canned) – 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 4 pieces
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Cucumbers (salty) – 250 g
- Mayonnaise - 250 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Greenery (for decoration) – 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut chicken fillet, eggs, cucumbers, potatoes and carrots into small cubes.

Flip the peas into a colander, rinse under running water and dry on a paper towel.

Mix peas, eggs, potatoes, carrots, chicken fillet and cucumbers in a deep bowl.

Add ground pepper, salt, mayonnaise and gently mix the salad so as not to mash the vegetables.
