Most often, chicken fillet for salad is cooked whole, and only then cut. But I like to do the opposite, because this way the meat is better and more evenly soaked with marinade and spices. Instead of cheese, you can take feta or other similar cheese to taste.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 1 pinch
- Lettuce - 180 g
- Tomatoes - 150 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken into strips and marinate in soy sauce with paprika and red pepper for 30-40 minutes.

Fry the chicken fillet until golden brown and put it on a paper napkin.

Wash the salad leaves, cut the cheese into cubes, and tomatoes into slices.

Put all the ingredients on a plate and sprinkle with Italian herbs for flavor.
