Ingredients
- Chicken liver - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Champignons - 300 g
- Nutmeg - 2 pinches
- Sour cream (bold) – 100 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion with mushrooms and fry until tender. Add sour cream and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Separately fry or boil the liver.
Put everything through a meat grinder and season the pate.
