Incredibly simple and at the same time delicious pate is obtained from beef liver with egg. It can be served as a spread on bread, as a side dish, with fresh fruits and vegetables, with salads and just with sauces. Yes, whatever you like.
Ingredients
- Beef liver - 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes.
Add the chopped liver and fry until tender.
Boil hard-boiled eggs and peel.
Chop everything with a blender or put it through a meat grinder.
Add crushed garlic, spices and soft butter for consistency.
