Canned tuna is a ready–made snack, and it can be immediately spread on bread rolls or wrapped in pita bread. But why not cook something more interesting? I share my favorite pate recipe from available ingredients!
Ingredients
- Tuna (canned in oil) – 1 bank
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Rosemary - 1 twig
- Parmesan (or other cheese) – 40 g
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Bread Rolls - 1 packaging
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs, let them cool and peel.

Finely chop the onion and fry in oil until golden.

Put eggs, onions, tuna and a little oil from it, salt, spices, chopped rosemary and grated cheese in a blender.

Grind the pate until smooth and serve with bread or tartlets.
