
Lavash with smoked chicken and vegetables is a quick and satisfying snack that can be prepared for a home meal or for a snack on the road or at work. You can experiment with fillings.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Peking cabbage - 4 sheet
- Cheddar Cheese - 50 g
- Smoked chicken - 60 g
- Lavash - 2 pieces
- Ketchup - 2 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l.
- Dried herbs - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and grate the carrots. Chop the Peking cabbage thinly, and cut the tomato into strips. Mix it up.

Grate the cheese on a grater, and cut the meat into strips.

Smear the central part of the pita bread with ketchup. Put the vegetables on top of the meat and cheese. Pour over the mayonnaise and sprinkle with dried herbs.

Wrap the filling in pita bread, tightly, but not too much, so as not to tear the shell.

Place on a hot grill and cover with a lid. Fry for 4 minutes. You can fry the pita bread in a grill pan, but in this case it is better to press it with a spatula on top.

Put the finished snack on the serving board, wait until it cools down a little and enjoy the taste!
