- Plums - 2 kg
- Sugar - 200 g
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the plums in half and peel the seeds.
Pass the fruit through the juicer.
Fill the plum cake with water and boil for 5 minutes.
Strain the resulting broth and pour it into a larger saucepan.
Add the plum juice, sugar and boil everything together for another 2 minutes.
