- Blueberries - 300 g
- Almond milk - 400 ml
- Honey (liquid) – 3 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick blueberries, rinse and put them on a paper towel to dry.
Put the dried berries in the bowl of a blender.
Add milk, honey and grind until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into the prepared glasses and serve.
