Jelly impresses with its variety. It can be prepared from various fruits, berries or even vegetables. And not necessarily fresh, because frozen ones are also perfect. I share my favorite recipe for frozen cranberry jelly with starch.
Ingredients
- Cranberries (frozen) – 400 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Sugar - 120 g
- Starch - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour frozen cranberries with water and bring to a boil.
Boil the compote for 10-15 minutes.
Rub it through a sieve, add sugar and bring it to a boil again.
Dilute the starch in a couple of tablespoons of water.
Pour into the compote, stirring.
Boil the jelly for another 3 minutes.
