I really love melon, but its season is quite short. Therefore, in the midst of it, I try to use melon wherever I can. Not only fresh or with different desserts. I strongly advise you to try this kind of melon compote – it's at least interesting.
Ingredients
- Melon (pulp) – 300 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice the melon.
Fill with water and bring to a boil.
Add both types of sugar and boil the compote for 10 minutes.
