Moccachino has a rich chocolate flavor that gives it cocoa. Therefore, it is very important for the recipe to take cocoa powder without additional additives. If desired, moccachino can be decorated with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
Ingredients
- Ground coffee - 1 tsp.
- Cocoa (powder) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - to taste
- Milk - 250 ml
- Vanilla essence - 1-2 drops
- Cinnamon (for submission) – 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put sugar, coffee and cocoa in a turk (or a small saucepan), pour 200 ml of milk. Put on the stove and bring to a boil over low heat, stirring occasionally. No need to boil.

Add vanilla essence and remove from heat. Pour the drink through a fine sieve into a glass, filling it three-quarters full.

Whisk the remaining milk until a foam forms. Carefully pour into a glass.
