Pumpkin latte has already become a symbol of the autumn-winter season. There's a lot of fun and beautiful photos on Instagram. And what if I tell you that you don't need to go to the coffee shop specifically for it? Everything is much simpler than it seems. Even a cappuccino maker is not needed!
Ingredients
- Coffee - 200 ml
- Milk - 400 ml
- Pumpkin - 100 g
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground ginger - 1 pinch
- Nutmeg - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare strong coffee in any way convenient for you. I prefer a geyser coffee maker.

Pumpkin puree can be canned ready. Or boil 100 g of chopped pumpkin for a couple of about 20 minutes, and beat with a blender.

Mix 300 ml of milk, pumpkin puree and all spices. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat. Add more sugar to taste as needed.

Heat the remaining milk to a temperature of about 60 degrees and beat it with a whisk or mixer into a thick foam.

Pour coffee into cups, then – pumpkin-milk mixture, and decorate everything with milk foam.
