
Be sure to include pumpkin in your diet. If you don't like porridge, make juice from it. You don't even need a juicer for this, everything is done with a conventional blender. A healthy drink can be rolled up for the winter or drunk immediately.

- Pumpkin (purified) – 1 kg
- Water (filtered) – 1,5 l
- Sugar - 200 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the peeled pumpkin into small cubes and place it in a saucepan.

Pour in cold water and boil for 30 minutes on low heat.

Catch the soft pumpkin with a slotted spoon in a separate container and chop it with an immersion blender.

Put the pumpkin puree back into the broth that was left in the pan.

Add sugar and mix well.

Juice can be drunk immediately or rolled hot in sterilized jars.
