Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 7 tbsp.l.
  • Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
  • Basil - 1 bundle
  • Peanuts (fried) – 40 g
  • Parmesan - 50 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salt - 1 pinch

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rinse and dry the basil.

Fry and peel the peanuts.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and whisk the pesto sauce.
