Once, for the sake of experiment, I tried to make mayonnaise with milk. It turned out very unusual, but at the same time interesting. So today I will be happy to share this recipe with you. A good option for salads, toasts and burgers.

Ingredients

  • Milk - 100 ml
  • Olive oil - 200 ml
  • Mustard - 1 tsp.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Beat the milk and butter with a blender until a thick white mass.

Add all the other ingredients.

Beat the mayonnaise again until smooth.
