- Honey - 50 g
- Rice vinegar - 80 ml

- Corn Starch - 2 tbsp.l.
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 120 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a small saucepan, mix the oil, vinegar, ketchup, spices, salt and garlic passed through the press.
Bring to a boil over low heat.
Mix starch with cold water.
Pour into the boiling sauce, stirring continuously. Boil for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add honey and mix well.
