Spicy seasoning for lovers of spicy food. It is recommended to serve ginger sauce with meat, but from my own experience I can note that it is also very tasty with fish and vegetables. Please note that this recipe will require rice vinegar.
Ingredients
- Ginger - 100 g
- Hot red pepper - 50 g
- Honey (liquid) – 3 tbsp.l .
- Rice vinegar - 4 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the hot pepper and peel it from the seeds.
Peel the ginger root and cut into small pieces.
Put the blanks in a blender bowl, add rice vinegar, oil, honey and grind until smooth.
Add salt, mix well and transfer to prepared dishes.
