I am absolutely sure that there should be as much cheese in pizza as possible – and in any form. Including in the form of such a cheese sauce. I want to share a proven recipe. And then there are a lot of them, but only a few are really good.
Ingredients
- Cream (bold) – 1 glass
- Cheddar Cheese - 100 g
- Butter - 20 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the flour in butter for a couple of minutes.
Pour in the cream, stirring constantly.
Bring to a boil and add grated cheddar.
Boil the sauce until smooth and season to taste.
If necessary, whisk with a blender or grind through a sieve.
