Georgia gave us a lot of excellent sauces, and among them – tomato satsebeli. It is very bright, fragrant and with an expressive taste. It goes especially well with meat, but you can serve it with other dishes to taste.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 300 g
- Hot red pepper - 1 joke
- Greenery - 50 g
- Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes and remove the middle of the peppers.
Cut the stems of greenery.
Chop all the ingredients in a blender.
Bring the satsebeli to a boil and boil for half an hour on low heat.
