Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 150 g
- Tomato paste - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
- Onion - 75 g
- Cilantro - 20 g
- Ground coriander - 2 pinches
- Ground red pepper - 2 pinches
- Sugar - 5 g
- Salt - 2 pinches
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and finely chop the tomato.
Chop the onion and fry in oil.
Add the tomato and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer the sauce on low heat for another 10 minutes.
Chop the sauce with a blender.
