A simple supplement is prepared from available ingredients that are almost always in the refrigerator. This recipe for tomato-sour cream sauce for meatballs can be supplemented with garlic, chopped onion or finely chopped herbs.
Ingredients
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix tomato paste with water and flour.
Bring to a boil over low heat and boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat, cool and add sour cream.
Add salt, pepper and mix well again.
