Ingredients

  • Basil - 200 g
  • Lemon - half
  • Olive oil - 150 ml
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
  • Salt - 10 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Prepare the basil and put it in the bowl of a blender.

Add the oil, squeeze out the lemon juice and grind until smooth.

Add ground pepper, salt and mix well again.
