Another masterpiece of French cuisine can be called tartar sauce. An appetizing supplement based on mayonnaise and pickles is served with oysters, fish, French fries and many other dishes. Absolutely everyone can handle the preparation of the sauce!
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.l.
- Cucumbers (salty) – 200 g
- Dill - 6 twigs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Finely chop the pickles and dill.

Peel the garlic cloves and chop them in a garlic press.

Mix mayonnaise, cucumbers, dill and garlic. Leave a little cucumber for decoration.

Add ground pepper and salt. If the cucumbers are salty enough, the last ingredient can be excluded.
