- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 20 g
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
- Curry - 1 tbsp.l .
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable broth - 2 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the onion and fry until transparent.

Add spices, salt, flour and vegetable broth.

Mix the mixture until smooth and simmer for 15 minutes.

Chop the finished sauce with immersion broth and, if necessary, add salt.
