This salad resembles the classic "Mimosa", but still slightly differs from it in ingredients and the arrangement of layers. There are canned fish here too, but there are a lot more carrots. So choose it carefully.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Carrots - 4 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Canned fish - 3 banks
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil or bake potatoes and carrots until soft. Grate everything on a coarse grater.
Boil the eggs and rub the yolks and whites separately.
Mash the fish with a fork and lay out the salad in layers: potatoes, mayonnaise, carrots, fish, carrots, mayonnaise, potatoes, proteins with mayonnaise and yolks.
