Salad with apples and celery turns out especially good if you pour it with honey or orange juice. But I like it in its pure form, without spices and dressings at all. The main thing is to choose delicious sweet apples.

Ingredients

Apples - 2 pieces
Celery - 2 pieces
Raisins - 1 handful
Walnuts - 1 handful
Lemon juice - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Finely chop the apple and celery, sprinkle the apple with lemon juice. The skin can not be removed.

Soak the raisins in hot water for 5 minutes, and chop the nuts with a knife.

Mix all the ingredients together.
