Korean salad with funchosa, soy sausages and hot kochudyan sauce

If you are not afraid of spicy food, be sure to try this salad. Kochudyan sauce can be prepared by yourself, but it is much easier to buy it in a specialized store. As for sausages, it is not necessary to use soy ones.
Ingredients
- Funchosa - 300 g
- Sausages (soy) – 200 g
- Peking cabbage - 200 g
- Carrots - 100 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Greenery (any) – a couple of twigs
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Sauce (kochudyan) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the funchosa with boiling water and cover for 5 minutes.
Flip the noodles into a colander, rinse and leave to drain all the liquid.
Chop sausages, Peking cabbage, greens and carrots.
Mix everything, add the hot kochudyan sauce, salt, oil and garlic passed through the press. Infuse the salad in the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes.
