The combination of pears with blue cheese has long been a classic among all lovers of gastronomic delights. This time I propose to supplement it with nuts, dried cranberries and fresh herbs. This salad will become a real decoration of the festive table!
Ingredients
- Spinach - 2 handfuls
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- Pear - 1 piece
- Walnuts - 1 handful
- Cranberries (dried) – 1 handful
- Cheese Dor Blue - 100 g
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the middle of the pear and cut it into thin slices.
Fill the cranberries with warm water for 2 minutes and let drain.
Chop the nuts with a knife and mix with the pear, cranberries and all the greens.
Sprinkle the salad with oil and balsamic a little.
Put the pieces of blue cheese on top.
