Ingredients
- Quail eggs - 4 pieces
- Mussels (pickled) – 250 g
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Crackers - 100 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the quail eggs for 4 minutes after boiling, let cool and peel.
Randomly chop eggs and cherry, add mussels and salad mix.
Pour oil over everything and sprinkle with crackers.
