I love soy sauce very much, that's why I add it to all kinds of dishes. Recently I tried to cook a Greek salad with soy sauce. I advise you to mix it separately with tomatoes. This will preserve the color of the remaining vegetables.
Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 100 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Salad mix - 50 g
- Olives - handful
- Feta - 100 g
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Oregano - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, feta and salad leaves.
Peel and chop the bell pepper and onion.
Sprinkle the tomatoes with soy sauce and sprinkle with oregano.
Add the remaining vegetables, feta, olives and salad mix.
Season the salad with salt, pepper and olive oil.
