In the traditional Caesar, yogurt was out of the question. But now we have so many available products and interesting ideas that it would be strange not to use them. This yogurt dressing is my favorite option for making light and healthy Caesar.
Ingredients

- Yogurt - 80 ml
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Oregano - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken until tender and chop.

Cut the baguette into slices too and fry in a frying pan until golden.

Grate the cheese and arrange the salad on plates.

Whisk the ingredients for the dressing with a fork or blender and pour over the salad.
