
I hasten to share with you another recipe for puff salad. It will need pickled mushrooms. You can buy them at the store or cook them yourself. The preparation of the remaining ingredients will not cause you the slightest difficulty.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 400 g
- Pickled mushrooms - 300 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 300 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 4 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 160 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken fillet and pickled mushrooms.

Peel potatoes, carrots and eggs, grate.

Using a cooking ring, lay out the potatoes, season with salt, pepper and smear with mayonnaise.

Then lay out the pickled mushrooms, carrots and chicken in layers. Do not forget to add salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise.

Spread the eggs evenly on top. Send the salad to soak in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
