Recently, I really liked smoked paprika. It sets off the taste of meat in an interesting way and generally gives the dish an appetizing aroma of smoke. Try to cook beef goulash with this spice. I'm telling you my version of a delicious recipe.
Ingredients
- Beef - 500 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
- Paprika (smoked) – 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (purified) – 800 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef, dry it and cut it into small pieces.

Peel the onion from the husk and chop. Grate the carrots.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the beef and fry for 10 minutes. Each piece should be browned on all sides.

Add the onion, carrot and continue cooking for another 4 minutes.

Add a mixture of peppers, paprika, salt and hot water mixed with tomato paste.
