Most carp are baked whole. But if you don't like it or it's inconvenient – it's quite possible to cook it in portions. Cut the fish into steaks or separate the fillets – as you like. And how to cook and not over–dry the most tender meat - I will tell you further in the recipe. Be sure to take a larger form so as not to stack the pieces on top of each other.
Ingredients
- Carp - 800 g
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- Sea salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 2 pinches
- Ground coriander - 2 pinches
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the carp into identical pieces and put them in a mold.

Sprinkle it with spices and drizzle with olive oil.

Spread the lemon slices on top and bake the carp in the oven for 25 minutes under foil at 180 degrees.
