Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 500 g
- Tomatoes - 150 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 4 art.l.
- Water (for cabbage) – 1 l
- Salt - to taste
- Basil (for submission) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and rinse under running water.

Fry onions and carrots in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.
