
You can easily cook ramen noodles (a favorite dish of South Koreans) at home, using a minimum of products. This is a very tasty and spicy dish that will definitely not leave fans of Korean cuisine indifferent!
Ingredients
- Ramen noodles - 1 packaging
- Water - 600 ml
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Smoked sausage - 50 g
- Shiitake - 3 pieces
- Green onion - 1 bundle
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut fresh or dried shiitake mushrooms into plates.

Cut the smoked sausages into small pieces.

Cut green onions into pieces 2-3 cm long.

In a separate bowl, whisk 3 eggs.

Pour water into the pan, add spices from the package of ramen noodles, shiitake and sausages. Bring to a boil.

Put the noodles in a frying pan and reduce the heat to medium.

Cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Take out the cooked noodles and transfer to a separate plate.

Add the beaten eggs to the boiling broth. Stir thoroughly until the broth turns into egg puree.

Add the green onion and cook for another 1 minute.

Add the finished mass to the previously cooked noodles. Korean ramen is ready, bon appetit!
