One of the best sauces and marinades for pork ribs is soy sauce with honey and mustard. I want to share my tricks on how to cook all this so that nothing burns. It will work, even if you are cooking ribs for the first time.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Olive oil - 100 ml
- Honey - 1.5 tbsp.l.
- Mustard - 1 tbsp.l .
- Soy sauce - 3 art.l.
- Garlic (powder) – 1 tsp.
- Hot red pepper - 2 pinches
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the oil and all the other ingredients for the marinade.

Rinse and dry the ribs. Marinate them for 30-45 minutes.

Fry the ribs in a frying pan for about 25 minutes until tender.

Turn them over periodically and grease them with the remaining sauce.
