Vegetable milk is a great base for oatmeal porridge. And any one will do – soy, nut or even the same oatmeal. But I prefer to use coconut – with its bright independent taste and aroma.
Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 1 glass
- Coconut milk - 3 glasses
- Coconut chips - 3 tbsp.l .
- Sugar substitute - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bring the coconut milk to a boil and add the sugar to taste.
Add the oat flakes and cook the porridge for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
Add coconut chips and mix.
